Do I need a Personal Seal or is my Registered Signature alright?

Although, we will accept a Registered Signature document from your Embassy for any of our major transactions, a Personal Seal（Inkan） is often asked for in Japan and we would recommend you getting one because it is very convenient.

I have financed my car with NATUME for 3 years but my contract changed and I need to go home. Can you help me with my car?

Yes! If needed, we offer a “buy-back” service for all of our customers. If something should come up and you need to leave, we will assist you with your car. Contact us for more details.

Do you help me with service should I need it?

If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from us we charge a 100,000 JPY basic fee for all translation you may need for the registration on your vehicle. This is extended with your stay in Japan, should you require our services for the installation of English Navi at a later date or maybe new wheels.
